Can't believe my baby Levi is turning 2 tomorrow! He is out little sunshine (although now starting to show signs of the terrible two tantrums!). We are so lucky to have him in our lives and he has made our family complete. I love you little baba!

We all went to the Light the Night walk again to raise money in memory of Allison Zicree. We had a small team, but were able to raise over $1400! This year was celebrating Halloween, it was cute to see all the kids dressed up!

The boys went on stage and had to give their name and what they were dressed up as.

After Owen put on his sweatshirt, it made his costume look like he was on Blackadder!

Dentist visit

We went to the dentist 6 months ago and it was terrible, the boys started to cry hysterically once we got into the exam room to the point they barely got their teeth looked at. They were not able to get their teeth cleaned or x-rays, so of course when we went to day I was very nervous!! However it was totally a different experience. The boys seemed to have a great time, and got x-rays and their teeth cleaned. They were excited to pick the flavor of toothpaste and were happy to go home with new toothbrushes and balloons each!

After the dentist we go to go to a twin club playdate!

Levi said his first sentence today. We were driving home and he said "mamma I see the moon". He said those exact words several times. Daddy didn't believe me, so I picked Levi up so he could see the moon, and he said it again! He is becoming our little chatterbox!

Today we found a cute little green caterpillar on a plant outside. The boys wanted to keep it in their butterfly house so I was trying to get it on my hand, Brando suddenly said "come on little fella", in the cutest voice, it was so adorable to hear!

On the way to school this morning Owen found a dime on the ground. He picked it up and gave it to Miss Tracey as he went into class, she said "thank you Owen" and then he answered "it's for your coffee"! It was pretty cute, not sure how he knows people buy coffee since we rarely buy it!

Today was "meet the teacher" day at the boy's preschool - they start Pre K this year! We had a nice time, and are excited they boys will be in Miss Tracey's class and Miss Laurie, who they had in the summer. We were getting ready to leave, and I walk into the class room and on the other side of the room another mother is taking a photo of her son with Miss Laurie, then suddenly Brando walks up behind them and puts his face between them to be in the photo, then Owen runs up to and tries to jump in the photo too. It was pretty funny, I apologized to the mother, but she laughed and said it was funny!

The boys had an audition for a tv show last week, and on the drive down to the studios, I was telling the boys that if they got this role, they would be on tv. I then heard Owen say "daddy is gonna say 'WHAT, you are on tv!" and he said it in a way that Jerry says things when he is surprised! It was so cute :)

We went to Dig it, which is a new store in the mall where the kids can dig for fossils and then clean and engrave them. The kids had a blast and my boys keep asking to go back!

CA Science Museaum twin outing

We went to the CA Science museum with our twin friends. There were 4 mummies, and 12 kids, it was a lot of work, but the kids all had a great time.

Levi like to now pull his diaper off. He pulled his diaper off the other day so I went to put a clean one on, one I cleaned him up, I noticed there was some poop on his butt. So I went to find the diaper he had taken off so I could throw it away, but there was no poop inside. Oh no, where is the poop? I quickly scanned the room, but couldn't find it. I had this image of someone stepping in it and traipsing all over the house, so I started telling he boys, "help me find the poop, where is the poop?'. It was a pretty funny 10 mins till I found it. If the neighbors overheard me they would have thought I was crazy!

Today I was brushing Brando's hair, I guess I was pulling a bit, as he told me "be gentle, it hurts" he then said after the "gentle, I'm bleeding, I'm bleeding!"

The boys have been going on quite a few auditions lately, and they have been getting callbacks on most of them! They love going on auditions, in fact Brando got a callback, and Owen didn't to one audition, but I took him with me. When Owen found out he couldn't audition he got so upset and cried and cried (until I gave him a lollipop!) It's funny to see how excited they get when I tell them we are going on an audition - just hoping they book something soon, as how cool to see them on tv! The callback they had today was for a VW commercial!

We went to the Children's museum today with Charlotte, Abby and Ben. It was a fun place to go with the kids. It was also my first time without backup with all 3 boys. Leah came alone with her 3 kids, and we left with all 6 kids, so I think we did great!

4th July

We had a great 4th of July, first we went to the beach, and then went to a bbq at Nana and Grandad's house. We let the boys stay up to watch the fireworks, they were excited for a few but then got tired and got a bit scared by the noises. They loved the little firecrackers you throw on the ground.

Fourth of July Party

We went to the Winger's Fourth of July party today, the twins had a blast!! They spent almost the entire time we were there on this giant water slide. They only stopped for a few mins to get a drink and something to eat! Needless to say, they fell asleep on the drive home, then sat like zombies for a movie till bedtime!

Owen and Brando kept saying "Press Play", suddenly we hear a small voice say "press play", Levi is such a parrot, it was so cute. We laughed when we heard it, so he kept saying it as he knew we were laughing!

The twins are pretty obsessed, they often ask us to call them Ben, and I am Gwen and daddy is Grandpa (other characters from the show). We got them omnitrixs (the watch that changes ben into other alien beings) and they were so thrilled and often wear them to bed. It's pretty funny to see them so into something. It's almost non-stop talking about ben 10! Before we got the omnitrixs, Owen had made one from some cardstock which had his name on it. He had me tape it for him and he found a round piece of card to put on top, later Jerry helped him color in some of the pieces and Owen wore it religiously until it fell apart!

Levi has become the shadow of Owen and Brando, ANYTHING they do, he has to try also. He thinks he is a big boy and will try whatever they do. It's cute most of the time, but sometimes he scares me, he is such a daredevil already. He is also such a chatterbox!! He can say so many words already. His fave words are probably, Mine, Car, Train, Little Einsteins, Pirate, cheese, more. It amazes how much he speaks already since the twins were pretty late talkers, but I guess he has his brothers to imitate!

The twins took swimming classes with Charlotte. They went everyday for 2 weeks, each class was 15 mins each and by then end of the 2 week session, all three kids were able to jump in and swim underwater. It was amazing!!!

We've always thought the boys were fraternal as while I was pregnant we were told they were most likely fraternal since they had separate placentas and sacs, but the Dr. said could be identical if they has split early. I recently read that the early the embryo splits, the more differences the identical twins will have. As the boys get older they are looking more alike. They have the same exact right eyebrow.

The other day Owen was telling me about his bones in his body. I asked him if he had bones in his ear and he said, no it's cabbage (cartilage)!

The other day Nana was changing Levi's diaper when she said, his butt was a bit red. Owen heard this and said cream, and them I saw him go into the bathroom, move the foot stool so he could reach the butt paste on the top shelf then take it to Nana, and then said he wanted to put the cream on Levi's butt. Love that they are already taking care of each other!

Levi's first words were mama and dada, and it's so adorable when he says it. He sounds so excited and thrilled! He is also trying to say nana, banana, bird. I tried to get him to say owen and brando, but he didn't try, but he did say baba and tried to say deya. the boys were thrilled when they heard him try to say their names.

A funny Owen story, cousin Laurynn came over to play last weekend and while we were eating lunch, Laurynn said something about eating a second plate. Owen looked at Laurynn all seriously and said "never, ever eat a plate, you eat food!" It was so adorable.

The boys have been riding their balance bikes they got from Uncle Larry and Auntie Susan, and they are doing so great on them. I think they might be big enough to graduate to real bikes!! Better watch out :)

Right now the boys have a hard time saying Grandpa so they say "boompa", I love it!

Owen's thing right now is telling me "but I love it". Doesn't matter what it is, if he want's it he loves it and it's his favourite! Today he found some sticks on the bike trail and I told him to leave them outside the gate and he told me "but I lurb em"

Levi has been doing this thing when he gets excited, he gets a huge grin on his fave, and he bends forward a bit and puts his hand on his thighs, wish I could catch him do it with a camera, but he stops what he is doing and tries to see what I am looking at on the camera!

The other day Brando was going to the bathroom, and he yelled, Mama I went poo poo, so after a moment I went to go help wipe him. Owen and Levi were also in the bathroom with him. I said to him, ok, let me wipe your bum, he said Owen wiped my bum-bum already!! Ha too funny.

Another poop story, Brando again was pooping and he yelled he did a really big poo poo, I went to clean him up and I said, wow it was a big one. Suddenly I hear Owen from his room who is supposed to be a sleep yell "Let me see!"

When I tell the boys to go to time out, Levi walks over to the mat and sits himself down.

We were eating fried rice when I asked Brando to eat his edamame, he laughed and said "no edaHaha".

Brando was trying to pee before his bath, but couldn't go. he said he pee pee was sleeping!

Today owen was on the couch and asked me to get him a bowl for his cookie, before I could go to the cupboard, Levi was there and took out 2 bowls then walked over to the couch to give them to Owen.

The boys are obsessed with my new stick vac and have been fighting and cleaning my floor everynight- I love it!

Today Levi knocked over a lamp and it crashed to the floor, breaking the cfl in a ton of pieces, I quickly got the kids out of the room and torn out the carpet when all the pieces had fallen. Luckily I had bought the new flooring last week so when Jerry gets back from his camping trip, we are getting new floors in the boys room - yeah can't wait. It was great to rip out that stinky stained carpet! Photos to follow!

The other day Auntie Vanesaa brought over heart balloons for the boys for valentines day. Levi absolutely was thrilled with his balloon, but decided to bite it and it soon popped and he started to cry. Without hesitation, Owen offered his balloon to Levi. It made me so happy to see, as usually Owen can be a bit aggressive with Levi.

I was teaching the boys the difference between But and Butt since we were playing sight Bingo and they were laughing when I pointed to But. I tried using but in a sentence, and said to them "I like Icecream but I also like cake" Brando then said, "I like Icecream and I like feet", then they both continued to play this game and found it hilarious.

Levi is a little spoilt! He loves to be held and will often cry when you try to put him down, which makes it hard to do things like the dishes and cooking. Today while making chicken soup, I had to put him down to cut my veggies, but he was having none of it and started crying. So then I put him on the counter and he "helped" me cook!
